Anderson was very excited about seeing Santa this year. On the way there he asked Reese and I how we knew the way to get to the North Pole. ;) We explained to him that Ms. Teresa was a very special friend of Santa's and that she invited him to her studio for the day. Once there, he did a great job telling Santa what he wanted (a Lightning McQueen bike and a Cars Squinkies Dispenser {this random toy he saw at Walmart}). He also was great at trying to help Everett have a pleasant experience.

How ironic! If it ends up working out, we have a family friend who came as a temporary expat over 8 years ago and has 3 kids. She's given us great travel advice for our experience. It's been the best experience of my life (and I am a born and raised Texas girl who never really had been officially out of the States--minus a few random times in Mexico). This year alone, I will be in Australia, New Zealand, US, London and Paris. Not too bad to add to the passport. Look forward to keeping up with you now.
